We appreciate your participation and invite you to enter our drawing for one of two 8GB Apple iPod Touch's. There will be two drawings for the 8GB iPod Touch. A random drawing will be held for the first 100 participants who complete their contact information with the survey. The first will be drawn from the first 40 people who fill out the survey. The second will be drawn from the next 60 participants who complete the survey. In order to qualify for the drawing, you must fill in all the information below (unless it is marked "if applicable"). Xinet iPod Touch Drawing Rules & Regulations

One winner for each 8GB iPod Touch will be selected in a random drawing by Xinet, Inc. whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this promotion. The drawing will be held on or about 4/18/08 from among all eligible entries received from 10:00 AM (PST) on 3/10/08 through 11:59 PM (PST) on 4/11/08. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by telephone. Three attempts will be made to contact each potential winner via phone within 48 hours from the time winner selection was accomplished. If unable to reach a potential winner within this time frame, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected. No messages will be left on answering machines.

The prize is a 8GB iPod Touch (retail value $299). By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Xinet, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of prize.

GENERAL RULES: The drawing is open to current licensees of Xinet FullPress, Xinet WebNative, Xinet WebNative Venture and or Xinet WebNative Portal. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Xinet, Inc., any of their respective agents, affiliates or subsidiaries, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All federal, state and local income taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected, time permitting.
